Between battles:
After the battle, Kira joins the group (what a surprise...). They go to
the new port town.
Buy everything you can, it won't cost much.
After that, walk to the tavern, talk to everyone, leave, and you can go
visit a cool guy- Grog Drinkwater (which, he doesn't obviously). He wants
you to be tested so he sends you out against the thing that has been annoying
the town- a monster.
That's this enemy.
Battle Map 5: Anyone know a Good Exterminator?
The monster is an ant. Yep. You gotta kill the head.
Reward for all dead: 900 GP

Special Items:
Ant claws appear at corners each round. Ant claws also give 0 XP and money.
Enemies:
1x Ant Head (Guard class, Level 10, 88/88 HP)
6x* Ant Claw (*- More appear each round, Level 1, 13/13 HP, Monk)
Ha, this battle is good prep for the most notorious battle in the game-
first battle of the second chapter. Anyways, as Ash says in the second
round... "Go for the head." Good advice. It is possible to actually
win the SECOND ROUND if you are lucky. Luck has more to do with this battle
then skill, as all of the claws have around a 35% chance of paralyzing
with every hit.
What I did:
Hero Turn 1:
Diego: Move 2 squares behind the claw and attack (15 damage, dies, no
XP).
Huxley: Move forward (2 squares behind Ash) and cast Mystic Shield on
Ash for no reason other then XP (Mystic Shield, Defense up on Ash, 34
XP).
All other characters: Move forward, especially Eleni.
Special Event: 1x Ant Arm appears.
Enemy Turn 1:
Ant Claw attacks Ash (11 damage, countered and died) and Diego (8 damage,
countered and died).
Ant Head attacks Diego (28! damage, Missed on the counter, 8 XP).
Hero Turn 2:
Clint attacks the head (15 damage, counter was blocked, 15 XP).
Diego shoots up (10 damage, 15 XP).
Ash Ice Storm's the Head (23 damage, 8 XP)
Eleni likes the stars (Dark Star, 22 damage, 15 XP)
Huxley steals some XP from casting again (Mystic Shield, Defense UP for
Ash, 33 XP).
Kira shoots up (14 damage, 15 XP).
Enemy Turn 3:
2 Ant Arms attack Diego (PARALYZED, 16 damage total), one attacks Eleni
(8 damage).
Ant Head attacks Eleni (30 damage, countered for 3, Head Dead, 40 XP).
